Today I achieved a major mark in my weight reduction and for those that did't know
there are 4 categories, under weight, normal, overweight and obese. I can say now
in reference to the national US male height to weight standards I am now in the over
weight category at 70 inches tall. I also learned that average US population averages around 23 lbs overweight. At this point I feel great and look okay and will
continue this battle of the bulge.

Diet followed reasonably well.
