運動:健走(12公里/2小時;7公里/1小時)、伏地挺身(6x5下/10分鐘;6x5下/10分鐘)、滾輪(8x5下/10分鐘;8x5下/10分鐘)、仰臥起坐(25X2下/3分鐘;25X2下/3分鐘)
心得:這次經驗和大家的建言給我許多啟發(謝謝)。
我終於了解到衝突和負面情緒是無法避免的,
重要的是要去解決困境。
這次減重之旅中,
我也更注意到自己在情緒上的障礙
像是太過敏感、容易心生嫉妒,並且易怒。
我知道這都是自信不足衍生的問題。
既然知道原因,我肯定就要改正,並警惕自己了。

Weight: 229.3 lb (-0.4)
Body fat: 32.0 (+0.1)
Breakfast: 15 cherry tomatoes; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 2 fried chicken thigh; 1 lettuce salad
Dinner: 15 cherry tomatoes; 2 tbsp. butter
Exercise: walk (7.5 miles/2 hours; 4.3 miles/1 hour); push-ups (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); abs roller (8x5/10 minutes; 8x5/10 minutes); sit-ups (25X2/3 minutes; 25X2/3 minutes)
Feeling: enlightened through this experience and your constructive comments. (Thanks!) I've come to understand that conflict and negative emotions are inevitable. The most important thing is to find a solution
to the problem and work on it. I've also become more aware of my emotional setbacks during this weight-loss journey. I'm over-sensitive, envious, and prone to anger, and I know very well that these are the results of not having confidence. Now that I know the cause of all bad, I will certainly make corrections and improve myself.
229.3 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
