I joined blink gym and had a trainer yesterday. she kicked my butt. LOL that was 30 minutes and I lost 2 lb. I'm going to train with her twice a week 4 weeks let's see what happens.
183.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
