晚餐:2片烤雞腿、1份奶油四季豆
運動:爬山(10公里/2.5小時)
心得:自己應該控制脾氣,而不是老是抱怨,像是神經病一樣

Breakfast: 1 serving of creamy konjac spaghetti with bacon and spinach
Lunch: 1 serving of goose meat; 1 serving of steamed sweet potato leaves; 2 small pieces of pig blood cake
Dinner: 2 grilled chicken thighs; 1 serving of buttered green beans with enoki mushrooms
Exercise: hiking (6.2 miles/2.5 hours)
Feeling: that I should control my temper before losing it and stop venting like a goddamn maniac
238.1 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
