The scale is finally being kind to me!! I'm looooooosing again!! I've decided to set mini-goals in 10 lb increments for my weight loss. It seems easier to concentrate on losing 10lbs at a time rather than 35 or 40 lbs. The most important thing is that I feel so much better. Today is a good day!
