3rd day back to eating, messed up last night by not realizing the calories on the low carb tortillas had a bunch of calories

so today, gained a pound, which is still
297.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can bet it’s not fat, so if u get on track ASAP u will loose that pound in 2-3 days 😏
