Today is the first full day after breaking my 7 day water fast, and starting a Keto diet, staying under 35 carbs and 600 calories.
I anticipated gaining a few pounds back from breaking the fast but as of today i am still withing the same pound so i assume i still was burning from the fast and equaled out to what i ate

Still to go: 51.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
