feeling very bummed. 2.5# gain. have been under 2000 calories, but did have pizza one day and McDonald's (because I ruined dinner on night). I feel discouraged but know that the 2 meals can be the cause even though the days were under 2k.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
