運動:室內腳踏車(10公里/20分鐘、10.5公里/20分鐘)
心得:真心希望自己今年能夠變好,不論是經濟上、身體上還是心態上。

Breakfast: 3 keto chocolate cupcakes
Lunch: 1 serving of oven fried chicken; 1 serving of baked vegetables
Dinner: 1 cup of strawberry yoghurt; 2 hard-boiled eggs with mustard sauce
Drinks: 1 cup of black coffee
Workouts: spin bike (6.2 miles/20 minutes; 6.5 miles/20 minutes)
Thoughts: hoping that I can be economically, physically, and mentally improved this year.
249.1 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
