晚餐:6顆肉丸、1份時蔬烘蛋
運動:無
心得:胖了有點沮喪(吃到飽自助餐真是太邪惡了),但也只能繼續努力減重了

Weight: 251.3 lb (+2.2)
Body fat: 33.1 (+0.2)
Breakfast: 3 keto bread; 1 banana
Dinner: 6 tofu meatballs; 1 baked veggie and eggs
Workouts: none
Feeling: upset that I put on weight, but all I can do is work hard and get back on track (; all you can eat is just plain evil)
251.3 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

keep your head up. don't beat yourself up there is people in line to do that for you. LoL. Be kind to yourself. Life is stressful.
