午餐:1隻炸雞腿、5顆豆腐肉丸、1份奶油四季豆、1份奶油豌豆、1份蒸蛋
晚餐:1份雞肉沙拉、2小片生酮鬆餅、3顆草莓、0.25條香蕉
飲料:2杯無糖咖啡
運動:無
心得:受侮辱,坐公車時有一名老婦人說:「你這麼胖,還上來佔位子」;不過很開心會做 Eva 小姐教的鬆餅。發現豌豆的碳水化合物含量其實很高,不吃了。

Lunch: 1 fried chicken thigh; 5 meatballs; 1 buttery green beans; 1 buttery sweet peas; 1 steamed egg
Dinner: 1 serving of homemade chicken salad; 2 small keto pancakes with 3 strawberries and 0.25 bananas
Drinks: 2 cups of black coffee
Workouts: none
Feeling: humiliated when an old lady came to me on the bus, saying 'Don't you know you're taking up too much space here' but happy that I was able to make keto pancakes using Ms. Eva's recipe. Shocked to discover that green peas contain a huge amount of carbohydrate. Will avoid green peas from now on.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 95.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
