心得:受侮辱,坐公車時有一名老婦人說:「你這麼胖,還上來佔位子」;不過很開心會做 Eva 小姐教的鬆餅。發現豌豆的碳水化合物含量其實很高,不吃了。

Feeling: humiliated when an old lady came to me on the bus, saying 'Don't you know you're taking up too much space here' but happy that I was able to make keto pancakes using Ms. Eva's recipe. Shocked to discover that green peas contain a huge amount of carbohydrate. Will avoid green peas from now on.
