午餐:1隻大雞腿、0.3杯甜不辣、0.3杯絲瓜、0.3杯炒蛋
運動:健走 (2.06公里/23分鐘、3.22公里/31分鐘)
心得:緊張,現在開始找工作了,但三週瘦五公斤很開心

Breakfast: 0.5 cucumbers; 2 romaine leaves; 2 slices of smoked salmon; 1 omelette
Lunch: 1 fried chicken thigh; 0.3 cups of tempura, 0.3 cups of luffa; 0.3 cups of fried egg
Workouts: walking (1.28 mile/23 minutes; 2 miles/31 minutes)
Feeling: nervous about looking for a new job but quite happy about losing 11 pounds in 3 weeks
253.5 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
