WOW!! Another new low for me. Still working on lowering my carbs but still counting calories for now. I've done alot better with that. I think it's working. 👍👍💃
178.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
