I am eating way too little for breakfast and lunch and way too much for dinner. I need to plan a better bigger breakfast with lots of protein, maybe boiled eggs or eggwhite scrambles, yogurt and a fiber one bar.

Lunch maybe tuna mixed with salad with lots of veggies.

Not sure about dinner yet.
251.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
