Changing the diet up. I am starting to do intermiting fasting, low carb, Mediterranean.

My diet is first and foremost about health. Weight loss is a bonus.
140.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
