That happens when you weigh yourself daily. I will weigh myself several times a day to figure out the best time of day to weigh. And my weight will go up 3 or 4 pounds during the day because of eating and drinking. And I've found that since I've decreased how much I eat that I am not as "regular" as I was when I ate more. That makes a big difference. The magnesium citrate can help with that.

Know what you mean. We have got to refuse to let the scale drive us crazy because it will! You're fine I'm sure. It is just a slight fluctuation that can be explained by a little water weight, not actual gaining. Breathe.....we got this😊

I agree... I'm the same with the scale as well. I was also very I'll and finally out of hospital. After being sick for so long and not being able to eat... I've tended to fly by the seat of my pants. I'll walk this journey with you. Stay strong Hon !

I think I figured it out. Before I went to bed yesterday I was having a headache and decided it might be the keto flu. So I had some bullion. Think it was water from the salt. Cause this morning I am back down to 198.3. I recorded that once cause I think it is correct. But still. I know the scale is never my friend. I can't use it completely because it lies to me.
