well, it's a start let's see how long i I can stay on this diet and how much weight I can lose before I give up. if this is something anyone else is going to do or try be very open-minded to the way things are going to taste know in your head that roasted vegetables and chicken are not going to taste like the roasted vegetables and chicken you would give a grown up and you should be just fine., when I had to do the baby food after my surgery last year I was at an onion powder and garlic powder and salt and pepper because they were too unpalatable for me and I was able to eat them after seasoning them. if you read up on the baby food diet I'm seeing people eating a jar of baby food every half an hour and losing two and a half pounds in 3 days, yesterday being my first day of this I ate 1 jar for breakfast, one jar for lunch, a half of a skinless baked chicken thigh, and dinner was steak with baked potatoes and broccoli ( of course I was careful with my portion size), and for my snack later in the night I had a jar of baby food bananas. my starting weight yesterday was 171.0 and today I am at 169.8 so let's see how the weight loss goes with this sorry I know I'm babbling and repeating myself, it's what I do.., lol. 😀🍀
169.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
