I have to visit the gym today for the mandatory orientation that is part of my seven day free trial. I'm not too interested in the orientation but I am ready for a good workout. I do have a slight uptick in weight this morning even though I ate at goal yesterday. No worries...
155.8 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
