Eggs, bacon, guacamole and butter... Back to just one meal a day... I stalled a d now back to one meal, focused on high fat and low protein and min carbs. Lots of water. Gout is still an issue but wearing high top hiking boots are helping with distributing weight around my food and not my toe and ankle. We will check in again to check.
