Yay! Slow and steady wins the race.
324.0 lb Lost so far: 113.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

I'm doing something different for 3 weeks now. I stopped eating ice cream and I eat more meats, fruits, smoothie king shakes, vegetables.

Nice Anna1011, cutting out ice cream was soooo hard for me. But my tummy and my wallet are much happier. I still enjoy it but not every other night lol and thanks for the love everyone! We got this!

Anna1011 what are the smoothie king shakes made of? Good you stopped the ice cream. The sugar just triggers an eating frenzy.

Oops 🙊, kickin the carbs...great job. It's not easy. Those little devil carbs just grab us and it's gone.🙊You know what I mean. I was giving myself mini eclair treats in the evening. Three weeks ago we were on vacation and I was crazy about not gaining but also crazy about what I ate. Yup you guessed it? Mini eclairs and a very small dinner. You know I know I was sneaky because I ate them after my husband went to bed. I take my 4=160 calories. Then come back for another 2, then 2 and then I was saying well there goes breakfast. Those little devils grabbed me. Well, after 2 happy 😊 mos. I had to bid adieu to my treat. I can not be trusted with 'a refined carbohydrate' in my hand 🤚.

Ice cream 🍦 was an awful trigger for me! Still is if I let it in the house! I've replaced the craving using the "purely organic vanilla protein powder" and I mix it up in a blender with non sugared vanilla, Hershey's special dark cocoa powder, unsweetened almond milk, lots of ice!, and other flavors to replace ice cream! If I want to add thickness to the "shake" I use a few Tbs of plain greek yogurt and some precooked mashed carrots or sweet potatoes (1/4 cup or less for natural sweetening and bulk).🤷🏻‍♀️You can bury all kinds of healthy stuff in an ice cream replacement and feel good about your treat!🙋🏻
