Aug 3rd weigh-out: down to 195 lbs tonight after drinking 4 gallons of water and eating 10 meals today after waking up. Energy levels also excellent all day into the lighter leg circuit workout (20 reps all sets). Looking forward to seeing what happens on Fri Aug the 4th with a 6-7 meal strategic carb up (~75 g carbs per meal) with a decrease in water consumption to ~4 oz with each meal to reload the glycogen stores along with attempting to remove the water layer under the skin.
