Weigh-in prior to full week of water cutting to test for a show preparation. Followed up the weigh-in with a re-feed meal to replenish glycogen prior to the water cut plan that begins at 12:01 am July 31st. Re-feed marco totals from tonight: Calories: 2,882 Fat: 149 g Protein: 122 g Total Carbohydrates: 276 g Total Sugar: 138 g

Now for the math.......we know from the science that one gram of carbohydrate pulls 2.7 g of water into the muscle. 276 g of total carbohydrates multiplied by 2.7 g of water per gram = 745.2 g of water pulled into the muscle during glycogen replenishment. 745.2 g of water converts to ~26.3 ounces of water. This is then converted to pounds (lbs) and is equal to an approximate 'water-weight gain' of ~1.6 lbs just from my 30 min re-feed assuming no more activity this evening. I will weigh-out Sunday night before the beginning of the glycogen depletion/water flush phase at 12:01 July 31. I expect to have gained ~1.5 lbs from this re-feed tonight based on my 196 lbs weigh-out this evening.
