Reached the heaviest I have ever been in my life. Time to take drastic measures. No crazy diets, just cut alcohol out completely. Also, eat out no more than once every two weeks.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
