Steroids working against me, but I'm actually down a pound from last Mondays weight.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 40.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks everyone I completed week 3 run 1 of the Couch 2 5K program so I'm doing better at the exercising (6 straight scheduled workout days without blowing it off now). The neuropathy is pretty bad today so on the plus side my feet are too numb to hurt after the workout.

All things considered a little extra weight isnt a bad thing...hope things have turned the corner for you OW!!
