Char Gets Thin's Journal, 18 June 2017

It's the weekend, I have gained weight every weekend for the past 15 months. This weekend? I've lost a little every day. Wasn't happy that I only lost .6 pounds over yesterday until I remembered that this is the first time I've lost in SOO long... so guess I can live with it! lol
177.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
