Yesterday was interesting. Went back home and my cousin hosted Korean BBQ and hot pot. Over all real food. Marinated meats, veggies, noodles. it was a feast! I wish I were able to upload PICS through this app. I had to enjoy. Had ice-cream, Matcha bubble tea. Defs a binge and didn't do a workout that day and had more treats I'm sure. I'm pretty sure I over exceeded the 1,800 calorie mark lol but was fun while it lasted and I'm back to a normal routine. I will consider that my cheat day away from clean eating! In my mind; you must burn more than you eat! Meaning more work put in to those workout sessions..ahh nooooo lol
155.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
