Training 4 days a week and eating clean day after day, and walking to work most days (3 or 4 a week) seems to be doing the trick.
The weight is not dropping very fast but I can feel the fat melting away bit by bit.

All I have to do is keep it up. Do not reinvent the wheel, just keep it up and I will be 64KG before I know it!!!
168.7 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
