I thought this was ongoing weight LOSS, but I guess staying the same, more of less, is good, too.
Yesterday I think I had 50 net carbs, but not sure. Did not have the energy for calculating the carbs in my home made chicken soup.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
