I have not been on my diet consistently this week. What bothers me the most is I feel gucky. That is motivation to eat better. Tomorrow is my birthday and I was planning on eating at my favorite place even though it is far from my diet. I am now rethinking that plan since I have felt so bad this past week.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
