Weighing every day for awhile to track trends.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

I think that is a great plan. I have been doing that and it really helps me not feel super guilty if I have a treat one day to realize it didn't ruin everything and it lets me notice how my water intake affects my diet.
