Most people are either gaining or losing, rarely does anyone strike the perfect balance for zero movement, and if they do it's short lived. Read Part 4 of Atkins New Diet Revolution- "How To Do The Diet For Life", even if you're not Atkins or low carb there's still a lot of good information that you can extrapolate to any diet. Good luck getting back to where you want to be.

Exactly, mskestrela! I think it was a good thing, but apparently I can only focus on one thing at the time...lol. Maybe now that I've got both down, I can bring body and mind together. Thank you! Thanks, Phil & everyone! To be honest... I'm pretty comfortable with my looks. It's the energy & feeling of more well being that I REALLY miss. I will check it out, Phil, if I can find my book.
