Ok, my gluttonous behavior has finally caught up to me from the holidays. Time to refocus and regain control.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well Linda, We just have to resolve to put that in our review mirror and move ahead. It's funny how easy it is to gain it but how much work it takes to lose it again. I know I've lost at least a hundred pounds over the course of the last few years. lol
