Too many cookies and cheese doodles! Let's try again! The good news is that my blood pressure has responded well to lower salt and a diuretic prescription - it also shoots up when I don't do what I'm supposed to do. A new year ahead!
241.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
