Paleo Judy's Journal, 01 January 2017

Hi - Hope everyone has a Happy New Year. Feel my weight is not too bad considering all I have eaten over Christmas and the New Year, including all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet meal recently and some hot chocolates made with rum. Have had a lot of snacks this evening, but tomorrow must get cutting back on snacks and doing a bit of exercise. Be pleased if I can drop a couple of pounds and maintain weight at around 10 stone.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
