Thanksgiving Holiday company, unexpected death in the family, out of state travel, etc. Progress and setbacks; it has been quite a month but the march forward continues. I will not give up.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Holy Moly; that's a big drop!

Thanks, the inspiration I find here has been a big help! I log my weight about once a month, so it seems like a big drop but its over about 5 weeks. Also suspect there is some water weight loss in there; either way I'll take it!
