Uff. This is my personal record.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.5 lb a week

At least you were brave enough to track and face the scale. Building a new you means already being the new you (in a way) by having the habits of the leaner person. You can change it up and the gain will be gone in no time. Good luck.
