I normally record morning weight, so this will be less than the weight later in the day. Weighing scale said 141-1/4 lbs, so weight is gradually coming down. Home-made chicken and vegetable soup is probably quite a good thing to eat. I'm having it again today.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
