Lost weight due to being in hospital with thyroid problems and I my husband passed away 5sep.will resume dieting once I'm ready to.to those who lost this week,congratulations

175.5 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb. Still to go: 43.2 lb. Diet followed poorly.
