Caliper at Thigh, 10, ab, 6, pec 2, iliac, 3.

Yesterday was interesting, and today's weigh in even more so. I thought I'd be way higher because of sugar intake - about 40% of carbs. I'm curious to see tomorrow's weigh in.

187.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
