I'm not sure that I really weighed 200 lbs before. I also weighed myself the day after weighing 189 and got 190 something. So this is just to kind of start anew.

I have the Y membership and I'll be able to weigh in once a week.

Imagine how good it would feel if I wrote in the How Closely Followed box: 100%.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
