Have not been working out consistently the last 3 weeks. I have been playing a lot of disc golf, but eating out a lot as well. I have been regressing on my diet, but plan on shopping today and reversing a lot of my actions.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
