goooood mornin fs rainin outside..more like storming outside..so no bike ride today..an a weight gain again today..o well...hope everyone is having a great day an a greatttttttttt weekend...
310.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Based on what you've been consuming today, is there a point in such drastic fasting? I mean, aren't you worried that it might have the opposite effect on you when you are back to your normal diet?

ty carmen..bike needs a day off...i was doing calculations this morning on how many miles i want to ride this month..an id like to get 500 by end of the month..only 470 give or take to get rest of the month..lol..

wannabhealthier, you are doing awesome :) I.F. works really well with my work schedule. I will do a fast if I ate something I shouldn't have and I got sick because of it. (like, MSG added to restaurant food) I like the fast because I feel better quicker. I don't fast so the number on the scale will go down. Hang in there! When this challenge is over, I'm certain we will have wonderful results to report :)
