Damn, major setback. Now isn't this funny, as I've gotten on the scale and saw this today it has lit the fire under my ass to motivate me. Someone wrote to me a couple of days ago as I recorded that I was losing my motivation how it was related to me getting closer to my goal. Well, I've learned that this is true. So here we go again, lol.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
