Losses have slowed to a crawl, but that's okay. I'll find the determination in the next while to cut harder. 11% is where I believe I'm currently sitting.

Fathers day will mean stepping outside of my normal diet a bit. I'm going to relax and enjoy it.

u can do it!! and it's ok to surprise ur body once in a while by not following ur normal diet. sometimes it can kickstart ur metabolism too

Yep. Trying to behave now with homemade stir fried beef and broccoli. Pineapple for desert (which I just finished). Main course is coming. I CAN DO WHAT I WANT TODAY!

Yeah, well. I'm not as big as all that. Swimmer maybe. I love the lifting though and the discipline of diet and exercise. Way better than the lifestyle I used to live... pizza, coca cola, ice cream, chips... that actually sounds really enticing. I don't want to break a sweat when I tie my shoes anymore though.
