Crazy old body!! I ate like a pig last night... I mean, all low carb and high fat good choices... but I ate a TON. Was hungry all evening and snacked on nuts and cheese and veggies and spinach dip before a big ole short rib and zuke noodle dinner. Whatever. LOL Glad to have a green arrow again. :)

Wow, you have a angel's ring over your head. All that food sounds so good. Remember that blue cheese you told me about, well that is in the frig, and I am trying to figure out what I should eat now. lol
