Did not eat right at all. Ate cookies for dinner. I am pretty sure the weight loss this morning was from skipping meals which is not good.
Probably water weight, but one weekend of poor nutrition isn't the end of the world lol
128.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 6.1 lb a week
