Doing a challenge this month
No
bread, rice, potatoes
red meat
pork
alcohol
sugar
drinks with sugar

so far working well I have substituted beans for carbs...
281.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
