Oops. Didn't start restaurant meals by asking for a box to put half away right up front...gained weight for the first time since I began my salad plate as a dinner plate and take home half or more from dining out "method". More proof that the simple effort of putting half away for another meal does work. It took a year to lose 50 lbs, but I am convinced it's the easiest and healthiest way to drop pounds in middle age
