Starting weight this year 263. 26 pounds down. From past experience, from here... will be a grinder. Will up the fiber next week to get things moving. Feel packed. Will be increasing my peddle time as the weather permits. Rode urban and intense trail 8 miles.
237.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
