Ancient Scheme Day 2 of Week #34 weigh-in. We had an awesome back workout tonight using a new concept called the 'Dice Workout' using a list of exercises where we used combinations of 4-sided dice, 10-sided dice, and 20-sided dice to randomize the workout by exercise, number of sets, and number of reps, respectively. We featured chains, climbing bananas, and plate loaded Hammer Strength machines tonight for an excellent variety of back exercises. More to come in the very near future as I develop this 'Dice Workout' concept.
